Athletic Training Clinic

New Patient Evaluation

45 minutes @ $20.00

Scheduling the initial evaluation session only. All care in the CEMR Athletic Training Clinic is supervised by a licensed athletic trainer and requires a prescription from a physician or VSU Student Health Services.

Rehabilitation/Treatment

30 minutes @ $20.00

Scheduling a follow-up rehabilitation/treatment session. All rehabilitation/treatment requires a prescription from a physician or VSU Student Health Services. Includes initial visit or recurring rehabilitation sessions.

Balance Assessment-- AT Clinic

30 minutes @ $25.00

Balance testing on the Biodex SD Balance unit to assess strengths and weaknesses in balance and coordination. Testing is not for concussion evaluation.

Biodex Isokinetic Testing

30 minutes @ $25.00

Test for muscular imbalances as an aid in rehabilitation and to help with injury prevention.

Concussion Testing

1 hour @ $50.00

Includes pre-injury/baseline testing or post-injury assessment on the Biodex SD Balance unit as well as other concussion testing as indicated. Clearance for sports participation is not given. Baseline testing will be kept on file for review later in the event of later injury. Post-injury tests will be sent for review by your physician for his/her evaluation and treatment plan.
